At Fermanagh Fun Farm, our mission is to create unforgettable experiences where families and visitors make lasting memories in a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment. We are committed to giving rescued and adopted animals a loving home for life, meeting the highest standards of animal welfare. We strive to maintain excellent standards of health, safety, and cleanliness throughout our farm, while fostering a positive, supportive workplace for our staff. We are proud to support adults with disabilities by providing meaningful opportunities to gain formal qualifications, helping them build confidence, skills, and a brighter future.

Objectives

Visitor Experience

Provide a welcoming, family-friendly environment with high-quality facilities and activities.
Ensure all visitors feel safe, valued, and supported during their visit.
Regularly review and improve attractions, services, and feedback to enhance visitor satisfaction.

Animal Welfare

Meet and exceed recognised animal welfare standards at all times.
Provide appropriate housing, nutrition, veterinary care, enrichment, and daily monitoring for all animals.
Ensure rescued and adopted animals are never rehomed and remain cared for for life.

Health, Safety & Cleanliness

Maintain robust health and safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
Provide regular staff training in health, safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures.
Ensure all areas of the farm are clean, well-maintained, and suitable for public access.

Staff & Workplace Wellbeing

Foster a respectful, inclusive, and enjoyable working environment.
Provide training, development, and clear guidance to support staff in their roles.
